My hotel room was fairly quiet and extremely spacious. the staff was consistently courteous and super-friendly. - the location was central, adjacent to restaurants, Chicago, and outlets.

The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping outlets, Bradley, and Kankakee. the room was brand new, large, and had a pull-out sofa bed.

Our room came with central heating, a TV, and a microwave; the made-to-order breakfast offered a nice variety, and the downtown location was super convenient for us.

The food was savoury overall.

We loved this well-maintained and relaxing hotel. It had a favorable and perfect location very close to Bradley, Illinois, restaurants and shops. - the hotel is located in downtown Seattle.

Clean, comfortable, and affordable place for a wedding. The wedding coordinator, Lauren, was super helpful and responsive, making the planning process a breeze. The attached restaurant, Oliver's, was a convenient spot for guests. Despite some minor drawbacks, like a worn-out bed and water pressure issues, the overall experience was positive. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly wedding venue. I highly recommend this hotel.

stayed at a Quality Inn in Bradley before and this visit was even better! Room was super clean, loved the comfy mattress and pillows. Breakfast was perfect, even got to use real silverware. Great staff too!

The room they gave us was brand-new and particularly good with a pull-out sofa bed, a pull out couch, the bedroom. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator were nice. - the hotel had a favourable and unbeatable location in the Bradley area. - Further, it was close to restaurants, and the outlets that were running along the wall.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained, and had the most comfortable mattresses and pillows in the industry. The breakfast was perfect, and the cook even let us use real silverware, which was a first for us at a hotel. The staff was always friendly, professional, and accommodating. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and parking. we were very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and the exceptional service provided by the staff.
